Need an internship? These resources can help:
Numerous resources are available to help you find an internship. The Internship Listings section in the right column of this page allows you to search for local, national, and even international opportunities, and you can use KU Career Connections to sign up for on-campus interviews for the noted positions. You may also want to check out the internship spotlights on the Learn where Jayhawks have interned spreadsheet to view videos and find out about other KU students' experiences. National databases can also be valuable tools, and we have suggested our top picks in the right column. You can find the Careers and KU Majors page on our website, which provides internship resources organized by major and industry as well.
You are welcome to set up an internship appointment with one of the University Career Center's career coaches by calling 785-864-3624 to help you get started with your search, and/or visit Burge Union, Room 110 to browse our books and binders. Networking is a key element to landing an internship, so make sure to attend the annual career and internship fairs and the bi-annual etiquette dinners sponsored by UCC as well. Don't forget your own personal network, as friends, family, professors, colleagues, etc. can also be valuable resources in helping you find a great internship!
