The Career Networks team leads UCC’s eff orts in connecting students with post-graduate professional employment and developing partnerships with administrators, faculty, alumni, and employers on projects that enhance career opportunities for KU graduates. The Career Networks team of professionals and paraprofessionals:
- Creates and markets opportunities for students to connect with potential employers through career fairs, on-campus interviews, resume referrals, and state-of-the-art, web-based job search tools (including KU Career Connections);
- Identifies and develops potential experiential and post-graduate professional employment opportunities for KU students and cultivates strong relationships with these employers;
- Leads collaborative career programming and events such as the University Career Fair and the KU Etiquette Dinner; and
- Serves as consultants to employers on how best to market their companies to students on the KU campus.
